Requirements for Application

Applicants shall agree to the terms, conditions and other rules at the time of entry of your work.

・The works for entries should be completed or be presented between 25th Oct 2022 and 13th Sept 2023.
・Works that have been submitted to or awarded in other competitions are also acceptable.
・By agreement of our terms and conditions, you shall be deemed to have agreed to the following statements. ADAA Committee Executive Office will use the submitted works or images for results announcement, advertising, compilation of work collections by means of screening, broadcasting, dupilation, printing, exhibition, or websites.
・When winning the award, the work should be submitted again for the exhibition followed by our guidelines. (The details for the exhibition will be announced to each award winner.)
・There is no entry fee, but all costs for application and exhibition, such as for transportation and insurance for work and special equipment or programs required for exhibition, should be paid by the entrant.
・The submitted works (data) will not be basically returned. Asian Digital Art Awards Exhibition FUKUOKA will keep them at the executive committee.
・When sponsors of this event request for use of submitted works, we may introduce said sponsor to the creator of the requested work, after obtaining the creator's approval.

General and Student Category

1．Submit on the website. File size should be within 10MB.
2．File format: JPG/ PNG
3．Fill in the size of the printout for exhibition of award-winning works. (ex. 100 cm (H) x 70.7 cm (W) for B1)
4．When submitting a series of combined pieces, upload a whole layout image.
5．When submitting a series of combined pieces, fill in the total size of the layout (ex: 3m×5.5m)

1．The footage should be no longer than 3 minutes. For works exceeding 3 minutes, an edited version no longer than 3 minutes must be submitted for consideration.
2．File size should be within 500MB.
3．Movie data should be formatted as follows:
- Image
- ・File format: mp4 (within 500MB)
- ・Codec: H.264 etc.
- ・Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (preferred)
4．Award winning works should be presented in complete form to ADAA Executive Committee for exhibition.

1．Upload explanatory movie for evaluation, no longer than 3 minutes.
2．File size should be within 500MB.
3．Movie data should be formatted as follows:
- Image
- ・File format: mp4 (within 500MB)
- ・Codec: H.264 etc.
- ・Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (preferred)
4．Fill in the size of the complete work for exhibition (ex: W5m×D5m×H5m)

1．Upload explanatory movie for evaluation, no longer than 3 minutes.
2．File size should be within 500M.
3．Movie data should be formatted as follows:

- ・File format: mp4 (within 500MB)
- ・Codec: H.264 etc.

・Incomplete entries may be rejected.
・The promoters will make no compensation for damaged or lost work.
・Submitted work (data) will be kept by Asia Digital Art Award Executive Committee.
・After entry, the name, Category, number of pieces, creator’s name and other information of work may be changed in order to facilitate audition and exhibition.
・After entry, the name, Category, number of pieces, creator’s name and other information of work may not be changed.
・Entrants must have a valid e-mail address through which they can be contacted during the term of the Award (mobile phone email addresses not accepted).

・Entrants must be the copyright holder of their work. Permission must be obtained from joint creator(s) if applicable.
・The copyright of arts, motion pictures, photographs, music, etc., that appear in the works must belong to respective entrants, or if not, permission must be obtained from the copyright holder. Should there be any claim of right infringement or damage compensation, the respective entrant must deal with the claim. The promoters will assume no responsibility.
